अमेजन का जंगल दुनिया का सबसे बड़ा जंगल है। इस जंगल में 4 अरब से भी ज्यादा पेड़ पौधे है । ये पेड़ पर इतने घने है की सूरज की किरणे यहा की जमीन तक पहुंच ही नहीं पाती । विश्व का 62 प्रसेंट बारिश इसी जंगल के कारण होता है।अमेजन का जंगल 5.5मिलियन स्क्वायर किलोमीटर तक फैला हुआ है।

अमेजन की जंगलों में 17000 से भी ज्यादा की पेड़ की प्रजातियां पाई जाती है। इस जंगल में 30000 से भी ज्यादा कीड़े की प्रजातियां पाई जाती है। अमेजन की नदियों में 5000 से भी ज्यादा की मछलियों की प्रजातियां पाई जाती है। इस जंगल में बहुत से ऐसे जीव जंतु आपको देखने को मिलेंगे जो दुनिया के किसे भी कोने में नही दिखते है।

अमेजन की गर्म नदी : 

अमेजन की जंगलों में एक इसे नदी है जिसका पानी 100 डिग्री से भी ज्यादा गर्म है। 

अमेजन की इस नदी का पानी इतना गर्म होता है की कोई इंसान अगर इसमें गिर जाए उसी टाइम उसकी मौत हो जाति है 
अमेजन की जंगलों में मिलने वाली ये नदी काफी खतरनाक होती है ।
